Aykut Candemir
Born in Istanbul. In travel business since 1991, he founded Genesis Travel, leading DMC in Turkey for Japanese market. Aykut is based in Milano since 2002 where he created MICE product within the Liberty International Tourism Group. Aykut was Sales & Marketing Director Italy for Liberty almost 20 years and Managing Partner in Liberty Turkey.

Viviana Tripaldi
Born in Genova, Italy, Viviana has worked in the MICE market in Milan for 27 years. Since 2012 she has specialized in corporate events for inbound segments, operating all over Italy.

Marina Timofeeva
Marina was born in Russia, where she spent 10 years organizing government events and conferences for the business community. She has been living in Rome for the last 10 years. She holds an Italian Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism and specialises in MICE. She enjoys organizing unique experiences in Rome and Southern Italy.
